By empowering women and girls we build a stronger, more stable future, reduce violence in our communities, and help rebuild the family unit.
With over four years of developing and mentoring young women, this Mother of two and author knows the power of personal development and the importance of empowering ladies of all ages to be mentally, emotionally, and financially whole.
Offering social-emotional workshops that teach life skills, leadership, and self-confidence, she has fed, lead and guided over 1,000 African American girls and women from the at-risk neighborhoods. Seeking to eliminate the long term effects of trauma, Asha seeks to repair and rebuild our communities from the inside out.
Asha specializes in youth programming, art therapy, mental wellness, self development, and love and relationships.
With her Power Her Brunch Club she addresses topics that foster healing, growth and development for women.
By bringing together entertainment, workshops and delicious food, she bridges the gap connecting women from all walks of life to network and develop bonds.
Her Chrysalis Program, NFP offers free workshops for girls and parent classes that include free breakfast and lunch once a month.
Asha Ntim is also the founder of Power Her Conference; an annual fundraiser that brings together women of color from all walks of life to celebrate black womanhood. Complete with workshops, parties, art auctions, a gala and comedy, Power Her Conference promises to be an annual weekend to remember.
